Booking Your Surf Lesson
Booking is easy on Our SURF LESSONS Page! You can reserve your spot online through our website with a small deposit. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
Yes, online reservations are required and strongly recommended in advance ( 1-2 weeks) to secure your preferred day and time. All bookings must be made at least 12 hours before the lesson. For "last-minute" availability, contact us directly via WhatsApp, text, or call at +52 998 241 6443. .
Rarely. Same-day bookings are sometimes possible, but subject to availability. For the fastest confirmation, contact us a few hours before directly by WhatsApp or phone call at +529982416443.
If we cancel due to weather or wave safety concerns, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made by the customer must be at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will lose they're deposits plus the 3 usd Booking charge.Showing up on time is necessary as we run a tight schedule.
We accept most forms of Payments -Cash payments are ideal in either usd or mxn (pesos). We do accept major credit cards (+fee)Visa, Master Card. PayPal also accepted (+fee). We do not accept American Express, Discover card, Venmo. Balance Payments to made made upon arrival for your surf lesson.

Our ELITE Coaching Packages include personalized instruction with the founder of 360 Surf School—a seasoned professional Instructor and former competitive surfer with over 25 years of coaching experience and 37 years of surfing experience. Yes, your surfboard and all necessary equipment are included in every lesson at no extra cost. Just bring yourself and your good vibes!
Our lessons are 90 minutes of wave-riding, learning, and fun. This includes both on-land instruction and plenty of time in the water, where you'll catch waves with your instructor's guidance. For larger groups booked together, we extend the lesson time to ensure everyone gets personalized attention. Looking for more? Our Elite 360 Pro Experience offers up to 2 hours of advanced, in-depth coaching for those ready to level up.
We recommend bringing a towel, sunscreen, bathing suit, bottle of water, and a hat or sunglasses for before and after your session. We'll take care of the rest!
Not a problem - you can still surf with 360 Surf School. Not being able to swim is not a dealbreaker at all. We teach in a safe, shallow area where the water is usually waist to chest deep, so students can stand if they fall off the board. With over 25 years of teaching experience, I’ve found that non-swimmers often make incredible surfers—they're more focused, naturally determined to not fall, and surprisingly balanced. It's always impressive to watch. Our instructors provide close support to ensure you're comfortable every step of the way.
Children aged 5 and up are welcome to join our surf lessons. Our instructors provide extra support and close supervision to ensure a safe and fun experience for younger surfers. For added safety and personalized attention, we recommend booking a private lesson for children.
Yes, you can join a group surf lesson for a fun, social experience, or book a Premium Private Surf Lesson for personalized coaching tailored to your skill level. We also offer ELITE 360 Pro Experience . Detailed information upon request.

Waves & Surf Conditions in Cancun
Yes, you can absolutely learn to surf in Cancun! While Cancun isn’t known for big waves, it’s one of the best places to learn. Our beach break offers soft, rolling waves that are ideal for beginners and those looking to improve their skills in a safe environment.
Cancun has surfable waves almost all year long. After 25 years of being based here, I’d say you can catch waves at least 300 days a year. We check the forecast daily to make sure your lesson lines up with the best possible conditions..
The average wave height in Cancun ranges from 2 to 3 feet—perfect for beginners and intermediate surfers. The mellow beach break allows for consistent learning without the intimidation of larger surf. Cancun has a perfect wave for longboarding. Every now and then we get bigger waves for intermediate and advanced surfers to shred and get gnarly.
Cancun’s Hotel Zone—locally known as the ‘Zona Hotelera’—offers consistent surf from Km 9 at Punta Cancun (by Hotel Krystal) all the way to Km 21.5 at Punta Nizuc. If you're staying anywhere along this stretch, chances are the waves are breaking right behind your hotel. Surfable, scenic, and only steps away from your hotel.

No need for a wetsuit in Cancun. If you have a rash guard /Lycra surf shirt your welcome to bring it . If you do not have one we supply surf lesson students with surf shirts during the lesson.
Absolutely. All lessons include your surfboard, leash, use of surf shirt, beach umbrella, free use of bodyboard and personal instruction. Just show up ready to surf wearing bathing suit, sunscreen and towel!

Yes, parking is available in front of our shop.There is a curb there - make sure your car can clear it ! Let us know if you’re driving and we’ll provide specific parking tips and recommendations.
We do not offer transportation services, but we are easily accessible by bus, taxi, or rideshare service.
Yes. We offer secure storage for your personal items while you're in the water. Just ask your instructor or check in with our team when you arrive.

We teach in safe beach break conditions, provide professional-grade equipment, and maintain a low student-to-instructor ratio for personalized supervision in the water. All instructors are CPR certified, Lifeguard trained and highly experienced.
We monitor weather and ocean conditions daily. If conditions are unsafe or not ideal for learning, we’ll notify you promptly and reschedule or refund as needed. Your safety and surf experience come first.We do surf lessons when there is light rain.
